Local: Shotokan Karate-Do Center, since January 1985. Founder & Senior Instructor. Over 200 students. The Kinkaid School, since February 1997. Instructor & member of Athletic Department Houston Country Club, 2001-2007. Instructor
National: Taught in many seminars in Houston, Dallas, Oklahoma, Florida, South Dakota, and College Station. Also as shotokan karate expert in seminars to instructors for the USA National Karate-Do Federation.
International: Guest Instructor in Spain, Costa Rica, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Panama.

Competition and awards:
Multiple Regional, National and International titles and accomplishments in both Kata (form) and kumite (sparring) in the USA, Europe and the Middle East that span from 1973-1999.
Competition Highlights: Shotokan Karate-Do America Champion 1999, 7 times Southern Regional Champion (Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi & Alabama) 1987 & 1989-1994, first place winner in Southern England Championships 1977, Finalist in Mediterranean Championships (Italy) 1976, 3 gold medal winner and recipient of best competitor medal in the Middle East Championships 1976.
Member of the Syrian National Team 1973-1976 and twice member of the ISKF USA National Team.
